Tokubetsu Nigori Cloudy Special Sake.
This small batch sake is hand brewed to a traditional recipe in Belgium from authentic Japanese Koji and bottled with care in Amsterdam. Single pasteurised natural Sake brewed from organic ingredients with premium quality Yume Nishiki Japanese strain rice.

We brew small batch high quality Sake only in winter, using the natural snow at our forest brewery to control temperature and ensure a slow full flavour multi-stage fermentation.

 
Available in a strictly limited, numbered edition of 50 units.
Featuring an in house designed, ruggedised, 3D printed gold / matt black gift box.
Custom designed using parametric processes the unique gift-box mixes rugged tool box elements with the gridfinity storage system for the ultimate reusable design-mashup.

330ml bottle. Average 16% ABV.
